Per the Best and Brightest website, "Only companies that distinguish themselves as having the most innovative business acumen and human resource practices can be bestowed this honor."
NABR has conducted Best and Brightest competitions nationwide for over 25 years. They work with an independent research firm to perform overall surveys, as well as anonymous individual surveys of each employee at nominated organizations. They grade factors such as compensation, benefits, employment enrichment, diversity and inclusion, work-life balance, and more.
Jonathan Browning, Marketing Director at Envision, shared his thoughts on the award: "Work culture really matters to leadership here. We think about it, talk about it, and craft policies around it, with lots of great insight from our HR Director Edwina Niedfeldt. Receiving this award again is gratifying because digital culture isn't just something we do, it's something we consult on and manage for clients. Envision advises organizations on how to leverage technology, workflows, and policies to keep employees engaged and connected. When a company invests in its people, great things happen."
The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® winners will be honored during the virtual Illuminate Business Summit week in the fall of 2023. Check out the complete list of Boston winners on the Best and Brightest website.
