According to The Best and Brightest website, “The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® competition identifies and honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment. Organizations are assessed based on categories such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention and more.”
As part of the evaluation process, Envision was assessed in several areas, including communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, and retention, among others. Envision’s employees were also anonymously surveyed with questions about the organization’s human resources policies as they relate to employee wellbeing and satisfaction.
“To be recognized for our dedication to our employees’ wellbeing and satisfaction is always a huge honor for us, especially with the challenges we have all faced over these past few years” remarked Edwina Niedfeldt, the company’s Director of Culture and Human Resources.
Todd Knapp, Envision’s Founder and CEO, adds, “to receive this award at a national level once again is as humbling as it is amazing. I’m very proud of our people and the incredible work they do every single day. Supporting our team and the unique culture we’ve built will always be a priority here at Envision.”
