The winning companies were assessed by an independent research firm, which reviewed a number of key measures relative to other nationally recognized winners. As part of the evaluation process, Envision was assessed in the several areas, including communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, and retention – just to name a few. Envision’s employees were also included in the selection process. All employees received a survey to complete anonymously that probed them with questions about the company’s human resources policies as they relate to employee wellbeing and satisfaction.
