Regional Senior Client Executive - Modern Workplace

Our regional Sr. Client Executive position is primarily responsible for leading a coordinated sales approach with Envision’s prospects and customers and broaden the reach of Envision into the New England market. Envision delivers a comprehensive and holistic set of solutions to the market including: Security & Compliance, Zero-Trust Implementation, Microsoft Modern Workplace, CxO Consulting, Managed Services, Engineering, Software Development, and Digital Presence. Job Description

  • Develop a sales pipeline and directly sell the Envision solution portfolio within the assigned region.
  • Develop a personal business plan and engage in lead generation activities individually, and in partnership with marketing and your supervisor.
  • Follow-up and pursue leads assigned by marketing and/or leadership.
  • Responsible for building and managing long-term, profitable relationships with client organizations across multiple internal contacts.
  • Responsible for managing opportunities through the entire sales process.
  • Exceed quarterly sales goals.
  • Coordinate with the pre-sales team to align the appropriate Envision solution to the customer’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.
  • Develop and manage a partner strategy for lead generation in-market.
  • Represent Envision well in presenting and articulating value proposition to all levels of IT including executive level (C-Suite).
  • Accurately forecast bookings on a regular basis. Manage pipeline in Salesforce CRM.
  • Have a thorough understanding of your client’s business and market. Be able to identify problems and opportunities in advance.
  • Exercise overall quality control for your accounts. Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in everything you do.
  • Support all marketing activities at Envision including: reposting of social content, occasional travel and staffing of marketing events (booths and networking events), and preparation of videos and blog content.

Experience

  • 7 - 10+ years of direct sales experience selling high-value products and services to C-Suite executives (technology orientation preferred, but not required).
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals in a competitive environment.
  • Experience managing complex sales process and engaging with a team of professionals in the sales process (SE’s, Marketing, Inside Sales, Project Managers, Services, etc).
  • Experience selling services, products, subscribed services, and/or cloud-based based solutions is preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills (samples will be required).
  • Self-motivated with proven ability to work in a team environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, technology industry trends, Zero Trust, Microsoft Solutions, and/or Modern Workplace is highly valued, but not required.

Education/ Certifications

  • Ongoing vendor certifications from major IT solution providers including Microsoft, VMware, Dell, NetApp, EMC, etc., are preferred.
  • Microsoft certifications specifically are highly valued.
