He began his career delivering NT 4.0, Windows 2000, and Windows XP certification courses at New Horizons and California State University. After several years leading his own consulting firm, he was invited to Redmond, Washington, to oversee IT professional readiness for the Microsoft Windows 7 launch. During the subsequent 15 years, he supported organizations in planning, piloting, deploying, managing, securing, and driving adoption of Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Copilot prior to joining Envision Technology Advisors as their Chief Technology Officer in 2026.
