OVERVIEW Key Program has been a cornerstone of youth and family services in Massachusetts for decades, and a valued partner of ours for over ten years. To support their vital mission, they needed to migrate from a restrictive, legacy proprietary platform to a modern, enterprise solution. The objective was to overhaul their operational workflows through automation, enhance data security, and strategically integrate Children’s Charter—one of the state’s most critical clinical programs—into a unified, cohesive digital presence. 

SOLUTION We executed a high-level digital transformation that prioritizes both security and storytelling. By transitioning Key Program to a scalable, open-source architecture, we eliminated the limitations of their previous system and replaced them with custom automated efficiencies. This project also served as a branding milestone; we refreshed their visual identity to reflect their professional excellence while ensuring that the integration of Children’s Charter felt seamless, elevating the visibility of their specialized clinical services.
