OVERVIEW Our partnership with the Rhode Island Foundation began with a total digital transformation—from a custom-built, high-performance website to a dynamic annual reporting platform. By moving their traditional reporting online, we’ve empowered their team to publish timely impact stories faster than ever, creating a seamless, paperless experience for their statewide community. 

In addition, bringing our innovative capabilities, we partnered with the Foundation to transition them into an AI-augmented workforce. Our goal was to "automate the mundane" by building an intelligent system that does the heavy lifting of inquiry management while keeping the Foundation’s signature personal touch at the forefront. By integrating cutting-edge AI directly into their existing Microsoft ecosystem, we helped them reclaim their time and scale their impact.

By leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate, we transformed a labor-intensive manual process into a streamlined digital workflow. Our 'Human-in-the-Loop' AI solution empowers their team to handle massive inquiry volumes with unprecedented speed—reclaiming valuable time for high-level strategy while maintaining the personal touch essential to their mission. We continue to evolve this solution to deliver full automation and include language translation.
